Impressionism [ Trash The Dress ]

Ok, the story is for fellow photographers. The rest can simply enjoy (or not) the image.

When photographing with film (yeah, I know, I’m getting old) I was always fascinated by Impressionism in photography. You could get great ‘pastel paintings’ with usage of the correct film (I loved Agfa for that), in combination with longer shutterspeed and a closed aperture. Next to that, you needed a certain movement: riding on a bike or horse could help…

During a recent TTD session it was rather dark, cold and rainy and the light was great for a longer shutterspeed so I thought to give it once again a try. Except for some colour saturation there is no usage of photoshop.

I like the result, not sure if my couple will, but this image is made for me, myself and I :-).
What do you think?

5 Years! It’s gonna be for free (or almost free)!

So, this year we’re photographing five year weddings in Croatia, no wait, that’s actually today. Today we’re photographing 5 year weddings in Croatia.

Time for a small celebration; this month we will have some fun actions:

1. We have a great offer for shooting your wedding, you can save a lot, ask for more details.

2. You can win this month a great engagement session.

3. You can win this month a fun Trash The Dress session.

4. You can win – again – a free wedding reportage.

5. Last but not least, we can just drink a gloss of nice wine.

Keep your eye on the blog. Vidimo se.

Mladenka & Richard [ Sibenik ]

Mid may we had a wedding in Sibenik and the weather happened to be rather dramatic which I like since I love clouds (at least on images). The wedding was organized by Croatian Moments. Enjoy.
